This page has a selection of screenshots to display a handful of the features we have at the site. :D

Roleplaying is, obviously, very integral to our site. RP threads are where the action happens. Characters are separate from your user account (more on that in a bit), and are assigned to each post when you create the post. This way, icons, names, and stats are all associated with individual characters without having to log in and out of forum accounts.
We have a very low minimum word count (40), and consider ourselves open to RPers of all skill levels and types. If you're in the mood for 500-800 word posts, great! Make note of that in the original thread post, or while planning a new thread with someone, so people know what to write back to you with. Most of us fall somewhere between 100 and 400 words on average, but more is not uncommon. Caiuka is a relaxed environment.
Roleplays are spread out across territories, which are listed the way subforums would be, as they mimic how forums work. However, the RP section of the site was designed from the ground up to make sure it was tailored completely to roleplaying. Word counts are automatically totaled for your posts, for example. Post scripts can be attached to your posts without having to copy & paste all the time, and all your RP characters are available via dropdown to specify who is going to be assigned to the post that you're writing.

When you register, you register with your OOC name. Upon login, you can create your characters. Characters have their own profiles, with fields for name, age, physical attributes, personality descriptions, histories, family lists, relationships, and more.
This screenshot is of a user profile, on the page that lists all of a member's characters. The colored borders indicate the character's status with the next Activity Check. ACs happen on the 1st of every month and check that characters have been RPed enough. There are ways to exempt a character from the AC, including if one is too busy to RP them. Wolves under a year of age are automatically exempt, for example, and newly-created characters are exempt as well. Characters can also be organized into separate groups (some folks like to sort them out based on what pack they belong to, what genders they are, what age groups they fall in, or separate wolves based on plot status. It's entirely up to each person!).
If you look closely, you can make out the other sections of the profile. We give members space to put a bio, and also allow commenting right on someone's profile (people can opt-out of this). There are statistics listed (including total post count, total word count, average word count per post) in the top box.

As mentioned before, character profiles are separate from user profiles. Characters are created separately while logged into your one & only account. This is a screenshot of the character creation form. There are just some starter attributes to change, and a couple of the long-text fields, but you'd want to edit the character after creating it to fill it out completely.
At Caiuka, we have a "currency" based on user activity. These are called Caiuka Points. Caiuka Points are earned by, quite simply, being active. Logging in earns points, as does posting in roleplay threads (most of your bank will be made by RPing!) or OOC threads, voting in polls, commenting on news posts, and occasionally just having a spot of luck. Caiuka Points are used to create characters, exempt them from the AC if you can't get the minimum number of posts in, and buy cool perks from the Caiuka Point Shop.
New members start out with 2,500 Caiuka Points, which will get you 2 characters from the start, if you'd like, as well as being able to buy some perks from the shop.

Characters can join Packs through RP, which are organized across pack pages. There are separate member lists for each pack. Wolves who aren't in a pack are considered part of "Saurendi," what is more a category for lone wolves.
Packs can have their own custom hierarchy, or keep a default Alpha-Omega setup. Packs have their own territories, as mentioned before, and RPing in pack territories will earn you more Caiuka Points.
Here at Caiuka, there is a wide variety of packs. They range from aggressive to peaceful, vast in land to only occupying the tiniest little nook, from old and established to new and fresh. There are plenty of packs to choose from and joining a pack usually offers many more plot opportunities.

In addition to the Roleplay section of the site, we have the forum for OOC community talks. While the vast majority of chit-chat goes on in our cbox, there's usually a good bit going on in the forums.
Protip: If you're short on points, hit up the Forum Games for some quick posting action. :D

We have a fully-functional support ticket system. This is the most efficient way of getting in contact with site staff, whether it is to report a bug/glitch, ask for some help, or send us an idea personally.

RP Logs are one of the handiest features we have. Pictures if the "Recent RPs" page, which shows a list of the most recently updated IC threads. There are also pages for RPs you have participated in (split between Active RPs and Completed RPs) so you can always stay on top of replying to threads.
We also have Open RPs listed, for when you're wanting to join a new thread.

Above are screenshots of the Polls, Dashboard, and Stork.
Polls are regularly offered for quick feedback from site members.
The Dashboard is a handy page with statistics about your site activity.
The Stork is an automated, randomized system that "breeds" wolves. During breeding season, it's free to use, otherwise a Stork Credit can be purchased from the shop. The Stork ensures fairness and realism (there are risks involved, as with RL births), and also helps with site stability so population booms are controlled.
There is much, much more to Caiuka, but this is getting long enough as it is. ;)
